About Me
My Philosophy
I grew up in a family of psychologists. Both of my parents have PhDs in psychology, my grandpa is a psychologist, my aunt is a psychologist—you get the idea. Family dinners often turned into conversations about personality, behavior, and the endlessly fascinating question of why people do the things they do.

That curiosity eventually led me to acting. When I chose to pursue dual degrees in Theatre Performance & Psychology, people often saw it as an unusual combination. To me, they were always deeply connected—psychology examines human behavior, and acting brings it to life.

I earned my B.A. in Theatre Performance & Psychology at Western Connecticut State University in 2022 and went on to complete my M.F.A. in Actor Training at Florida State University's Asolo Conservatory in 2026. Today, that same fascination continues to drive my work, inspiring me to approach every role with curiosity, empathy, and a deep interest in what makes people tick.

When I'm Not Acting...
Teaching Artist
Beyond performing, I am also a teaching artist and collaborative theater professional who thrives in creative, ensemble-driven environments. I’ve learned that if I’m helping build something imaginative — whether through storytelling, problem solving, or mentorship — I’m happiest. I believe that staying curious and connected to joy ultimately makes me a stronger artist and collaborator.

Ben's Lighthouse
"Isle of Skoo" Program
I assist the nonprofit Ben's Lighthouse in their "Isle of Skoo" program where I play the role of The Host for a puppet show for children ages 4-8. The puppet show was created after the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy to help teach and inspire empathy, kindness, and emotional awareness in children. As The Host, I am the bridge between the puppets and the audience. I participate in the scripted puppet show as well as facilitate improvised conversations with the children about the topics that were covered.Â
InnerAct Theater LLC
The year between my B.A. and M.F.A. I began working at InnerACT where I lead engaging acting, movement, and music workshops tailored to the unique needs of each classroom. With older students (grades 5–12), I incorporated improv exercises and introduced foundational storytelling techniques to foster creativity, quick thinking, and self-confidence. For younger learners and students with special needs, I emphasized embodied learning; using music and movement to help them explore, express, and communicate their emotions in creative and meaningful ways.
Asolo Rep Education & Engagement
During my M.F.A. program, I continued my work as a teaching artist by collaborating with the Asolo Rep Education & Engagement team as part of their community outreach initiatives. In this role, I co-led free, public classes at a local art museum, designed to foster creativity, spark imagination, and introduce young people to the world of theater.
